Five key facts are being ignored by those calling for continuing the near-total lockdown.
Fact 1: The overwhelming majority of people do not have any significant risk of dying from COVID-19.
The recent Stanford University antibody study now estimates that the fatality rate if infected is likely 0.1 to 0.2 percent, a risk far lower than previous World Health Organization estimates that were 20 to 30 times higher and that motivated isolation policies.
In New York City, an epicenter of the pandemic with more than one-third of all U.S. deaths, the rate of death for people 18 to 45 years old is 0.01 percent, or 11 per 100,000 in the population. On the other hand, people aged 75 and over have a death rate 80 times that. For people under 18 years old, the rate of death is zero per 100,000.
Of all fatal cases in New York state, two-thirds were in patients over 70 years of age; more than 95 percent were over 50 years of age; and about 90 percent of all fatal cases had an underlying illness. Of 6,570 confirmed COVID-19 deaths fully investigated for underlying conditions to date, 6,520, or 99.2 percent, had an underlying illness. If you do not already have an underlying chronic condition, your chances of dying are small, regardless of age. And young adults and children in normal health have almost no risk of any serious illness from COVID-19...

If we asked a panel of epidemiologists to imagine a virus optimized for rapid spread globally and high lethality, they'd likely include these characteristics:
1. Highly contagious, with an R0 of 3 or higher.
2. A novel virus, so there's no immunity via previous exposure.
3. Those carrying the pathogen can infect others while asymptomatic, i.e. having no symptoms, for a prolonged period of time, i.e. 14 to 24 days.
4. Some carriers never become ill and so they have no idea they are infecting others.
5. The virus is extremely lethal to vulnerable subpopulations but not so lethal to the entire populace that it kills its hosts before they can transmit the virus to others.
6. The virus can be spread by multiple pathways, including aerosols (droplets from sneezing/coughing), brief contact (with hotel desk clerks, taxi drivers, etc.) and contact with surfaces (credit cards, faucets, door handles, etc.). Ideally, the virus remains active on surfaces for prolonged periods, i.e. 7+ days.
7. Those infected who recover may catch the virus again, as acquired immunity is not 100%.
8. As a result of this and other features, it's difficult to manufacture a vaccine that will reliably protect against infection.
9. The tests designed to detect the virus are inherently limited, as the virus may be present in tissue that isn't being swabbed.
10. The symptoms of the illness are essentially identical with less contagious and lethal flu types, so people who catch the virus may not know they have the novel pathogen.
As you probably know by now, these are all characteristics of Covid-19, and this is why it is unstoppable. As we now know, millions of people left Wuhan while the epidemic was raging in January, spreading the virus throughout China and the world via hundreds of airline flights to other nations.
As noted here before--no data doesn't mean no virus. Even in the U.S., facilities do not have test kits, for example: No one in Hawaii has been tested for coronavirus as health officials wait for kits from CDC (2/20/20).
The situation in developing nations is similar: few if any test kits, which are not 100% reliable and so multiple tests may be required, and so there is no means to ascertain who is a carrier. No data doesn't mean no virus.

One Chinese study wondered whether Asian people are more susceptible genetically to Coronavirus and SARS:
We also noticed that the only Asian donor (male) has a much higher ACE2-expressing cell ratio than white and African American donors (2.50% vs. 0.47% of all cells). This might explain the observation that the new Coronavirus pandemic and previous SARS-Cov pandemic are concentrated in the Asian area.
The study has no statistical significance, given that the sample size included only a handful of people with a single Asian victim, and such a small sample size is meaningless.
But the reference to ACE2 may be on the right track. Specifically, most scientists agree that both the Wuhan Coronavirus and the SARS virus which hit China in 2002-2003 attack the human body through the ACE2 receptor (short for "Angiotensin-converting enzyme-2", which is an enzyme which plays a role in constriction of the lungs).
Here's where it gets interesting ...
A professor at the University of South Carolina found that smokers have significantly higher levels of ACE2 than non-smokers ... but that no difference was found based on age, gender or racial group:
In this study, we analyzed four large-scale datasets of normal lung tissue to investigate the disparities related to race, age, gender and smoking status in ACE2 gene expression. No significant disparities in ACE2 gene expression were found between racial groups (Asian vs Caucasian), age groups (>60 vs <60) or gender groups (male vs female). However, we observed significantly higher ACE2 gene expression in smoker samples compared to nonsmoker samples. This indicates the smokers may be more susceptible to 2019-nCov and thus smoking history should be considered in identifying susceptible population and standardizing treatment regimen.
Could this could help to explain why Chinese men are more susceptible to Coronavirus than other people?

Impeached president Donald Trump has completely bolloxed up America’s carefully thought-out contingency plans that deal with pandemics. In addition to lying about the number of Americans infected with and being treated for the COVID-19, or coronavirus, Trump’s attrition of professional staff at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP) in Atlanta; the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland; and the U.S. Public Health Service (PHS), a division in the Department of Health and Human Services, has ensured that the administration, unlike its predecessors, was ill-prepared to deal with a national and global health emergency. Trump’s federal hiring freeze has ensured that key vacancies resulting from retirements at the CDCP, NIH, PHS and other key entities have gone unfilled. Trump also disestablished pandemic response teams within the National Security Council, which was headed by Rear Admiral Timothy Ziemer, and the Department of Homeland Security.
The State Department disestablished its Complex Crises Fund (CCF), a $30 million emergency response tranche of funds that could be employed to dispatch epidemic and pandemic experts and other medical personnel to other countries experiencing a sudden outbreak. The CCF was deep-sixed merely because it was established by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Trump’s lies about the coronavirus have directly harmed the public safety and security of the United States. His contention that coronavirus would disappear as the warmer spring weather approaches is patently false. Trump stated, “There’s a theory that, in April, when it gets warm — historically, that has been able to kill the virus.” There is no such theory because COVID-19 is a novel virus, meaning it has never before appeared, therefore its epidemiology has yet to be determined. But warm weather has absolutely nothing to do with the transmission of COVID-19. If it did, there would not be new community-based infections in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Australia, where the weather is warm. Trump’s theory was extracted directly from his large posterior. Robert Redfield, the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP), was forced to counter Trump’s nonsense in telling Congress that it is “prudent to assume this pathogen will be with us for some time to come.”
Trump also insisted on stating and restating that the number of coronavirus patients in the United States was 15, when, in fact, it was 60 at the time of Trump’s statement. Trump also stated that the 15 coronavirus patients were on their way to recovery. Two of them, both in Washington state, have died. After one of the patients died, Trump referred to the victim as a “wonderful woman.” The patient was a male.
Trump also tried to state that the coronavirus was no different than seasonal flu, citing 360,000 deaths over the last decade from regular influenza. However, what Trump did not say is that the mortality rate with the coronavirus is much higher than the seasonal flu. While the regular flu has a mortality rate of below 1 percent, the coronavirus’s mortality rate is fluctuating between 3.8% and 17.3%, depending on the location of the outbreak and underlying health circumstances. In referencing a vaccine for the coronavirus, Trump incorrectly stated that a vaccine was being “rapidly developed.” Experts disagree, saying that a successful vaccine may take at least a year to develop, test, and distribute.
After Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, countered Trump’s happy talk at a White House press briefing, by stating, “we are dealing with a serious virus” having a higher mortality rate than the regular flu, Vice President Mike Pence issued orders that no federal government official was to share information with the press or the public unless it was pre-cleared by Pence and his secretary, Katie Waldman, the new wife of Trump’s migrant concentration camp gauleiter, Stephen Miller.
At a Trump rally in South Carolina, Trump called the coronavirus a “new Democrat hoax.” Trump said, “Now, the Democrats are politicizing the coronavirus . . . coronavirus, they're politicizing it. We did one of the great jobs.”
Previously, Rush Limbaugh, to whom Trump had awarded a Presidential Medal of Freedom, claimed that the Democrats had “weaponized” the “common cold” to use against Trump. Speaking on the Fox propaganda outlet, Donald Trump, Jr. claimed that Democrats wanted “millions of Americans” to die as a way to unseat Trump. Junior’s comments were supported by Vice President Mike Pence in a televised interview on CNN. Trump supporter and grifter Alex Jones is using the coronavirus to market, at inflated prices, his line of “snake oil” remedies and placebo products.
Trump’s economic adviser, Wall Street “pump and dump” scam artist Larry Kudlow, falsely stated that the United States was “pretty close to airtight” with regard to the coronavirus. “Crackhead Kudlow,” a former cocaine addict, is probably the last person in the world who should be sought out for medical or economic advice.
As usual, Trump blamed the media for the virus, claiming it was hyping the effects of the virus to reduce his favorability rating in the opinion polls. Mick Mulvaney, Trump’s acting chief of staff, urged Americans to “turn the television off for 24 hours” to calm the markets. Television, which pioneered the use of the public service announcement, is the last thing Americans should “turn off” during a national emergency. If anything, Americans should turn off disingenuous con artists like Mulvaney, Trump, Pence, and their sycophants in Congress and the right-wing propaganda circus, including Limbaugh, Jones, and the countless preachers, feckless fakirs, Southern swamis, and moronic medicine men who pollute the airwaves and the web.
Trump’s false assertions that his administration has the coronavirus “under control” was merely a tactic to ensure stability of the stock market. Wall Street is better attuned to real science and medicine than the Trump administration and its coronavirus task force chairman, Pence, who believes prayer can “cure” everything, from being gay to suffering from the coronavirus. In 2015, as governor of Indiana, Pence’s prohibition against needle exchange resulted in a major HIV outbreak from opioid addicts sharing used needles.
Making matters worse, Trump’s lies, lack of initial focus on the pandemic, and politicizing the crisis to score points with his uninformed and largely uneducated base has resulted in copycats around the world following Trump’s lead. Britain’s Trump-like prime minister, Boris Johnson, who delayed calling an emergency COBRA meeting on the growing coronavirus in the United Kingdom, was preoccupied with the tabloid fallout from knocking up his girlfriend, Carrie Symonds. When Johnson did finally hold a COBRA meeting, the mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, was not invited, a break from past protocol in such emergencies....
...Johns Hopkins University (JHU) has been praised for its dashboard on the coronavirus, which includes what is purported to be a constantly updated map and statistics charts. However, far from being a real-time display of statistics, it suffers from going static for long periods of time. For well over half a day, total global confirmed cases has sat at 80,026, regardless of new cases, including major increases in infections in South Korea, Italy, and France being confirmed. The much-ballyhooed dashboard is showing signs of being affected by an information and data embargo. International news reports on new countries being infected and the confirmed numbers of those infected and who have died have gone for hours without updating. Johns Hopkins, as is the case with any educational institution that receives federal grants, is subject to following the orders of the federal government. Johns Hopkins, whose Applied Physics Laboratory in Columbia, Maryland receives millions of dollars from such entities as the National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, and Department of Defense, is prone to such pressure from its government sugar daddy.
Initially, the JHU dashboard reported, early-on, coronavirus cases in French Guiana and the Ivory Coast, then, the only cases in South America and Africa, respectively. The countries soon went blank for the virus. To qualify as a pandemic, a disease must exist on all inhabited continents. Clearly, some powerful entity decided that it was premature for COVID-19 to be elevated to a pandemic. Due to the lies from the Trump administration, the White House is suspect number one, with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, being a close second. Pompeo, in recent testimony before the House Foreign Affairs Committee, rudely dismissed efforts by members to ask him questions about his department's response to the coronavirus. More recently, the JHU dashboard has been extremely slow to add Azerbaijan, Portugal, Guadeloupe, St. Barts, and St. Maarten, as well as the Australian island state of Tasmania, to the growing infected countries and territories list.
The Trump administration has seen fit to politicize a pandemic just as it did with Hurricane Dorian. From the CDCP and NIH to the National Weather Service and the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), science is being replaced by superstition and “Sharpie” markups, right wing fringe politics, and abject ignorance.

More than 100 coronavirus vaccines are being studied around the world, but less than a dozen have begun testing in humans.
The federal government's goal is to have a COVID-19 vaccine ready by January 2021. To achieve that objective, the White House formed Operation Warp Speed, a public-private partnership, to push the development, testing and manufacture of a vaccine at a breakneck pace.
NPR has learned that Operation Warp Speed has narrowed its current list down to seven, according to people familiar with the matter but who weren't authorized to speak about it publicly.
So far, five coronavirus vaccine makers have received lucrative government contracts. Most are pillars of the pharmaceutical industry: AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Merck and Sanofi. Only Moderna, a relative upstart that is working with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, isn't a well-known name...

Remdesivir is manufactured by a company called, Gilead Sciences. There is a doctor promoting this pharmaceutical company. It is Dr. Fauci.
Hydroxychloroquine has been used for over 60 years, is very inexpensive and has a very high success rate against Covid-19. Several manufacturing companies make it.
Remdesivir is manufactured by one company and according to Fiercepharma.com, is said to cost $4,460 per course of treatment. Does Fauci only want Remdesivir to be used because of his financial ties to its manufacturer? Is this why he does not support the use of Hydroxychloroquine.

WILL CORONAVIRUS BE THE TRIGGER
The catalyst for the coming market and debt collapse could be a number events. If the Coronavirus doesn’t miraculously stop spreading soon, it could very likely be the trigger for the world economy coming to a halt.
A Lancet study by the University of Hong Kong has estimated that the Chinese authorities have understated the Coronavirus epidemic tenfold. The study calculates a spread rate of 2.68 per case and a doubling in total numbers every 6.4 days.
Instead of the official figures of around 1,100 fatalities, there are other numbers stating 25,000 dead in total or even as high as 10,000 per day. During the 1918 Spanish Flu, 2.5% of the victims died or an estimated 50 million. The Wuhan figures indicate a death rate of 5% which would be extremely serious if correct. But that is very low compared to the Black Death which killed half of Europe’s population in the mid 14th century.
If the number of cases increases as fast as the Lancet estimates, the virus will quickly spread around the world. There are already cases on all continents and so far there are officially 49,000 cases in at least 25 countries. For example, five Britons in a French ski resort were infected by a Brit who had been to a conference in Singapore.
400 MILLION CHINESE ON LOCKDOWN
Currently 400 million Chinese are on lockdown. Based on the Lancet figures, all of China could be quarantined in a few weeks’ time.
But just as serious is that the Chinese economy is also on lockdown. Over 65% of the Chinese economy is shut down. More than 80% of the manufacturing industry is closed and 90% of the export industry.
We must remind ourselves that the Chinese economy is 17% of the world economy and any shutdown of the manufacturing engine of the world will have serious repercussions for the rest of the world. Also, Chinese debt has exploded. It was $2 trillion at the beginning of this century and is now $42 trillion. As the Coronavirus crisis spreads, a major part of this debt is likely to turn into junk.
Since the Chinese authorities are suppressing most data when it comes to the Coronavirus as well as its effect on the economy, it is extremely difficult to ascertain what the real figures are. Based on the various reports we receive, it is quite certain that the real figures are considerably worse than the official ones.
GLOBAL QE WILL FLOOD MARKETS WITH WORTHLESS MONEY
With severe pressures in the US and European financial systems, both the Fed and the ECB have started aggressive QE programmes. China will now have to start a substantial programme of liquidity injections to prevent a collapse of its financial system.
As the world’s manufacturer is on lockdown and a serious pandemic spreading around the globe, the rest of the world seems to live in cloud cuckoo land. It is quite unreal that the Dow just reached a new high and the Dax in Germany was not far from the high.
With world trade potentially about to shut down, stock market investors live on a different planet. For these perma bulls, the bad news is conveniently suppressed and instead the focus is on all the worthless fake money that central banks are creating out of thin air. For some inexplicable reason investors believe that printed money creates wealth. And for a while it has of course as it pushes markets ever higher. But the music is about to soon stop and when it does, the world is likely to go into shock with crashing markets and failing banks on a much greater magnitude than 2006-9...

Editor's Note: Even if we do not factor in the real nature of the coronavirus threat and its consequences, I think that oxygen therapies are worth a close look for many other reasons, namely (a) the maintenance of peak health conditions in the face of rising environmental toxicity from multiple causes as well reduced levels of nutrition from "factory farmed" food and other sources and (b) the likelihood of many repeat biowar threats in the future (specially the "false flag" variety) so long as we are ruled by a hostile deep state elite. (I have been around the false flag biowar threat track a number of times before, see for example my "Swine Flu Biowar" chapter in my Mission of Conscience series written in 2009).
 I need to emphasize a concept that I have learned from reading numerous books about apparently successful approaches to treating cancer. There is usually no single therapeutic approach that serves as a "cure all." The most successful approaches are typically "holistic" in nature and attack the problem on multiple fronts: Since cancer is a metabolic disease, one needs to implement a well-balanced diet of high quality food to insure optimal nutrition in order to optimize ones immune system. One also needs to exercise (aids hormonal balances in body, improves circulation, and has numerous other benefits), detoxify the body, develop a positive spiritual attitude (excessive negativity can release stress hormones that undermine healing), and not only take in therapeutic levels of activated oxygen, but also take adequate therapeutic dosage levels (called "nutrient loading") of various vitamins and minerals, enzymes, and other building blocks of health.
One also needs to be aware that there are usually numerous issues involved with different approaches to therapy, and it is important to do ones homework or consult with a health professional. For example, if one is utilizing vitamin therapy, there are issues involving the quality of the vitamin sources, dosage levels, absorption, and how the therapy relates to the unique makeup of each individual. People who start treating themselves in a haphazard manner can get into serious trouble. For example, the article "Man dies after self-medicating with chloroquine phosphate to treat coronavirus" by Tamar Lapin, nypost.com, March 23, 2020 is a good example. The man who treated himself with chloroquine phosphate apparently did not understand that there are at least three forms of chloroquine (a) hydroxychloroquine (b) chloroquine and (c) chloroquine phosphate. He selected the worst form, and probably did not know anything about determining suitable dosage levels either, and succeeded in killing himself.

There are quite a few medical establishments around the world that routinely employ oxygen therapies. The book Beating Cancer: 20 Natural, Spiritual, & Medical Remedies (published in 2010) by Francisco Contreras, MD and Daniel Kennedy, MC observed on page 201, footnote 2: "...Ozone therapy is performed each year on several hundred thousand patients around the world, mostly in Russia, Poland, Greece, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Belgium, and Cuba. The medical ozone used in this therapy is an O2/O3 mixture with low ozone concentration. The ozone generators used to produce this mixture are incredibly precise."
Ed McCabe points out in the 2010 edition of Flood Your Body with Oxygen: Therapy For Our Polluted World on page 331 how ozone therapy is extensively used in Russia today:

On pages 46-47 of Beating Cancer, Dr. Francisco Contreras, who is based at the Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana, Mexico, (oasisofhope.com), stated:
It has been shown that ozone supports broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. This means it fights the bacteria that cause infection. In the First World War, medics used it to save the lives of wounded soldiers suffering from gaseous gangrene. Today, ozonated solutions and ozonated oils are still used to treat wounds and a host of infections. During World War I, doctors used intravenous injections of hydrogen peroxide to successfully treat pneumonia. In fact, it was a key treatment for people who became ill during the pneumonia epidemic that broke out shortly after the war.

The hydroxychloroquine controversy
